Worrying doesn't take away tomorrow's problems.

It takes away today's peace.

 

Worry, fear, nervousness, dread, panic. These are just some if the words associated with anxiety. 

For some, it's a momentary hesitation, for others it can be paralyzing fear, and for still others it manifests as panic attracts that can make a person believe they are literally about to die. 

If you find yourself preoccupied with concerns about the future, or often jumping to “worst-case scenarios” or catastrophic thinking; if you tend to decline invitations to social events because you're afraid you won't know what to say, or how to act, or who will be there; if you find your life is getting smaller because you prefer to stay where it's "safe", you may be suffering from anxiety.
