An estimated 12 million Americans suffer from sex addiction, porn addiction, or out of control sexual behavior.   Sex addiction affects not only the addict but also their partners, spouses, children, employers, employees and others. Left untreated, sex addiction runs the same course as any other addiction and can lead to the same devastation, destruction, and despair.

I have been working with sex addicts in recovery for more than 30 years. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), a member of the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP), and a member of the Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health (SASH). I have trained with the leading figures in the sex addiction field including Patrick Carnes (Out if the Shadows, Don't Call It Love, The Betrayal Bond), Stefanie Carnes (Mending A Shattered Heart), Ken Adams (Silently Seduced), Alex Katehakis (Erotic Intelligence), Rob Weiss (Cruise Control), and others.

I work with addicts, as well as their partners, using both long-term and short-term approaches. I have designed individual Intensive Outpatient Programs that provide personalized treatment tailored to the specific needs of individual clients.
